Dark Shadow movie


Check out actors Johnny Depp and Michelle Pfeiffer in this still from Tim Burton’s upcoming Dark Shadows film.  Here is the plot:
Based on the 1960′s gothic daytime serial with vampires, ghosts, ghouls, zombies, werewolves, parallel universes and time-paradoxes, Tim Burton is directing this adaptation of Dark Shadows written by author turned screenwriter Seth Grahame-Smith (Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter). The film marks yet another collaboration between Burton and actor Johnny Depp, playing vampire Barnabas Collins, and the filmmaker’s wife Helena Bonham Carter. The rest of the cast includes Chloe Moretz (Let Me In), Jackie Earle Haley (Watchmen), Eva Green (Casino Royale), Michelle Pfeiffer (Stardust) and more. Warner Bros. is bringing Dark Shadows to theaters everywhere on May 11th, 2012.

Mary Katrantzou for Longchamp




Mary Katrantzou for Longchamp collection will debut soon. The Greek designer Mary Katrantzou, whose highly anticipated collection for Topshop will hit stores in February, has designed a series of fun and vibrant pieces for Longchamp.
The Mary Katrantzou for Longchamp collection will be available on Jan. 23 and will feature Katrantzou’s interpretation of the theme ‘when East meets West.’ One look at the collection and you can see that her interpretation is whimsical and fresh. It features poetic prints and patterns of florals—and fun lanterns that look like hot air balloons—in a palette that is bold, vibrant and chromatic.

Colosseum Italian Palace for sale




A Renaissance palace grafted onto the top of an ancient Roman theatre is up for sale in Rome for €32 million ($42 million).
Its asking price is thought to make it the most expensive property currently on sale in the Italian capital, and one of the most expensive in Europe.
The 11,000 sq ft property has frescoed staterooms, a ballroom, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a library, a dining room, a terrace, a separate penthouse and cellars.




The Palazzo Orsini is built on top of the still-standing stone and marble shell of the Theatre of Marcellus, dating from the 1st Century BC.

Jaeger LeCoultre is following up the very well received "Tribute to Deep Sea Alarm" styles with a new timepiece that pays hommage to the classic Deep Sea styling, the Deep Sea Vintage Chronograph. Sized at 41mm, the watch will contain the company's in-house 751G automatic and will not be a limited edition.

Porsche Boxster 2013


Porsche has just lifted the curtain on the newest version of their popular roadster, the Boxster. The overhauled drop top has a sleeker, curvier, and more aggressive appearance akin to its future stablemate, the 918 hybrid supercar. Power will come from your choice of a 265 horsepower 2.7 liter flat six ($49,500) or the top of the line "S" model ($60,900) which packs 3.4 liter with 315 horsepower and a 0-60 time of 4.7 seconds.
