One57 Penthouse in Manhattan, New York

The most expensive home listing ever in Manhattan — a $110 million glass-walled penthouse overlooking Central Park on top of what will soon be New York’s tallest luxury condo. The six-bedroom penthouse covers 10,923 square feet at One57 Tower, currently under construction on West 57th Street near Carnegie Hall. It has a 57-foot-wide, double-height “grand salon” facing Central Park. The penthouse at One57 is on the top two floors of the 90-story Christian de Portzamparc-designed tower that will include 95 condos above a Park Hyatt hotel.

Residential amenities will include a 24-hour doorman and concierge, screening and performance space, on-site parking, triple-height indoor swimming pool and custom Jacuzzi, library, catering kitchen, function room, arts and crafts atelier room, private fitness center, yoga studio and pet wash room. The One57 tower, which opens in 2013, will rise to more than 1,004 feet.

Ducati and Diesel special edition motorcycle

Italian neighbours Ducati and Diesel join forces on a special edition motorcycle based on the Monster 1100EVO. Wrapped in olive drab, the rugged, militaristic bike is the end result of a collaboration between Diesel founder Renzo Rosso and the Ducati Design Center. The line will also be accompanied by a head to toe clothing line inspired by technical wear and biker gear.

The ‘Cypher’s Little Brother’ watch

The ‘Cypher’s Little Brother’ watch is sleek yet sly as it requires some knowledge to comprehend this intricate time piece. Unlike most watches with a big and little hand, the Cypher’s Little Brother watch concept uses its bold and mechanical-like designs to reveal the hours and minutes.
It’s a secret if you can’t read it. The hour hand is the big semi-circle and the one end in clockwise direction indicates the hour. The minute hand is the narrower bar but sometimes it’s masked by the hour hand; in that case, just add 30 minutes to the free end of the minute bar. The tiny triangles and dials surrounding the face can help.
Cypher’s Little Brother watch concept is a rendition from an initial watch called Cypher (hence, the name). Designed by Samuel Jerichow from Germany, this watch is made almost completely from matte black steel. There’s a colorful ring that lights up to give the sleek and dark watch some emphasis.
