London's new rental properties

The company has already enlisted 50 luxury London homeowners who are inviting travelers to settle into their lavish accommodations while they’re out of town —  as an attractive alternative to a traditional hotel stay. Each participating home is carefully inspected to make sure it is up to standard, with the average net worth of each home coming in at £1 million. For the use of their swanky pads, homeowners are paid a substantial fee which is based upon the rental value of their property.
Onefinestay’s rates range from £150 a night for a one bedroom apartment to well over £1,000 a night for stays in luxury homes in some of London’s most exclusive districts. High-end amenities include free Wi-Fi, luxury linens, room service delivered from local upscale restaurants, house cleaning service and concierge. As an added bonus, guests are loaned iPhones, fully fitted with tons of information about the local surrounding area, which allows for easy navigation while out and about.
With a fresh twist on luxury travel hospitality, Onefinestay is looking to expand the reach of its operation, just announcing the £2.3m investment, led by venture capital firm Index Ventures. The company wishes to add 200+ homes to its growing portfolio by the end of the year. Onefinestay’s impressive property list already includes extravagant abodes in London’s  Mayfair, Holland Park and Primrose Hill areas.
