Wasabi and White Chocolate Cupcakes
Add a little heat to your dessert table with these intriguing Wasabi and White Chocolate Cupcakes. Created by the adventurous blogger Katie from the drool-worthy blog ‘Katie Cakes,’ these feisty little treats will deliver a tasting experience like no other. Spiked with the popular Japanese condiment made from horseradish, these innocent-looking confections pack an inferno of heat and a tempering amount of sweet.
Katie started out with a simple vanilla cupcake batter, to which she added a healthy dose of white chocolate chips and just enough wasabi to clear your nasal passages. If you can handle the heat, add more wasabi and you’ll be sure to get some eyes watering. The Jaffa Cakes edible elevator
The Jaffa Cakes edible elevator is installed in the communications company Engine’s offices in London, the lift is papered with lickable wallpaper. Studded with 1,325 Jaffa Cakes, employees can enjoy a sweet lick before heading to the office.
While the Jaffa Cakes edible elevator is full of whimsical fun, it does raise a blatant germ issue. Sure, flavored wallpaper is yummy in theory, but now that it has come to fruition some are skeptical about the health issues it could cause.

3D chocolate printer
Choc Edge Ltd at UK is launching a commercial 3D chocolate printer. Lead scientist Dr Liang Hao, from the University of Exeter, founded the Choc Edge company to commercialise the device after interest from retailers. 3D printing using plastic, wood and metal is already widely used by industry to create objects ranging from jewellery and footwear to human bones. Dr Hao told the BBC that chocolate printing, just like any other 3D printing technique, starts with a flat cross-section image – similar to that produced by ordinary printers turning out images, and then prints out chocolate layer by layer to create a 3D shape, without any moulding tools. “We’ve improved and simplified the machine, so now it is really easy to use,” said Dr Hao. “You just need to melt some chocolate, fill a syringe that is stored in the printer, and get creative printing your chocolate.”

French Toast Macaron
The dedicated blogger known only as Lemonpi created these breakfast-inspired French Toast Macarons in honor of a friend’s birthday. A powerhouse of decadence, these condensed sweet morning meal morsels are shamelessly rich. Taking on the flavor profiles of all your favorite breakfast foods, these French Toast Macarons are impossible to resist.
To make the shells of the macaron more like french toast, Lemonpi swapped out the usual almond meal for fine breadcrumbs, which altered the overall texture of the macaron. The shells were then topped with a piping of buttery smokey bacon custard, as well as a few pieces of maple glazed bacon. These French Toast Macarons are the perfect delicate bite for sugar-loving carnivores everywhere. Topped with a light dusting of bacon and a maple syrup glaze, these tasty bites are enough to make anyone’s jaw drop.
Terribly tempting, decadent and downright evil, these French Toast Macarons deliver all the taste of breakfast in one delicious bite.

Babyccinos: Cappuccinos for Babies
A story on ‘babyccinos,’ a trend in which coffee shops are selling decaf cappuccinos to pint-sized tots, is gaining buzz among the caffeinated, hipster-parent crowd.
Babyccinos are made from either steamed milk and foam, or — for the gourmand tot — spiked with a shot of decaf espresso, and were featured in a story published in The Brooklyn Paper this week — a piece which has been picked up by popular food blogs and publications like Gothamist, Eater, Zagat and the Atlantic Wire.
The trend has become particularly popular in Brooklyn, where locals are obsessive when it comes to coffee culture, the author notes, and the culture even has tots turning into mini coffee-clutching consumers with an early taste for java.
The concept first started in Australia, where the term babyccino denotes macchiato-like drinks with a shot of decaf espresso topped with steamed milk and froth, or an entirely hot milk-based drink topped with cinnamon or chocolate powder that’s kid-friendly.
And while doctors say the amount of caffeine is negligible in decaf coffee (the story says that a shot of decaf espresso contains less caffeine than a soda) reaction to the trend has spilled over onto Facebook and Twitter, where readers either defend the trend as harmless — “a way to keep the kids happy so parents can enjoy their coffee in peace” — to dismay — “*sigh* Leave the babies and their yet to be fully developed kidneys and stomachs, alone already.”

ShareWithMe Chocolate
ShareWithMe Chocolate packaging manages to resolve the sharing issue. The packaging shows a clear pair of separate portions. The product may then be easier to divide with a friend, or else you may be more inclined to put half in the fridge for later.
With reference to accessibility, Stellan Rexmark wrapped this scrumptious cocoa confectionery in the usual aluminum foil and a protective sheath of white card paper. His system differs in its incorporation of a perforated line directly down the middle. A bit of pressure on both ends of the thin box causes the snack to split open along the dash.

Seattle’s Best Coffee's campaign ‘Create Your Deliciousness’
Seattle’s Best Coffee, a subsidiary of Starbucks, has launched a campaign called ‘Create Your Deliciousness,’ a campaign that invites consumers to customize their morning brews using the brand’s Facebook app.
The Create Your Deliciousness campaign is a year-long campaign that wants people to define what they deem is the best cup of coffee through their own “unique add-ins and toppings” (which are not your run-of-the-mill chocolate sprinkles or milk substitutes). For instance, more than 80 percent of surveyed Americans have stated that they will go to bizarre lengths to customize their drinks with things like candy and even cayenne pepper! So, the online campaign offers participants a variety of unique toppings, ranging from mini-marshmallows to fruit-flavored cereals so that they can create their dream cup of coffee. Participants get a chance to win a 12-oz. bag of Seattle’s Best Coffee and, according to BrandChannel, the results of the campaign will influence future “innovation decisions.”

The tea bag cookie
The tea bag cookie as its name suggests is an adorable confection inspired by the tea bag.
Created by Kim of Party Frosting, the tea bag cookie is made out of a simple, but delicious shortbread recipe, which mimics the small, porous bags often used to brew this beverage. Kim then cleverly dips each cookie in chocolate to give the illusion that each of these ‘bags’ are actually filled with tea leaves. Afterwards, she threads cookies with small tags to finish off the resemblance.
