The Bugatti Wei Long Year of the Dragon Edition

The Bugatti Wei Long Year of the Dragon edition Grand Sport model was amongst the premium lot unveiled at the Beijing Motor Show, also carrying a premium price tag of $2.09 million (€1.58 million). However, the one shown at the event remains a one-off piece, making it yet another exclusive edition after the Visette series, L’o’Blanc Porcelain edition, and the ‘Sang Blanc’ version, which were all unique faces of this supercar.
Offering a 987 HP output power from the 8-liter W16 machine, the Grand Sport Year of the Dragon Bugatti can now declare far and wide, about an optimum speed of over 400 km/ph.

The reason this collector’s item got the attention at the event was the aesthetics, which the company redrafted the car in, with the collaboration of Königliche Porzellan Manufaktur. With porcelain being the new fabric of choice with the Bugatti designers, this special edition has been given the body of the same fabric in white color, whereas the interiors have been given a vibrant red coloring, but with special Dragon motifs all around. However, one will also notice the carmine red with the brake calipers of the 20-inch alloy wheels of the car.

The Vittoria Concept Car

Italian designer Umberto Palermo has officially unveiled his Vittoria concept car at the 2012 Qatar Motor Show. The Vittoria is a supercar with a hybrid V8 engine. The concept is shrouded in mystery, with no specific engine details or performance specs given.
What we know about the Vittoria concept car is what we can see, which is actually kind of a lot.
This concept has a futuristic design that makes it look more like it belongs in the world of “Speed Racer” than in this one. The front grille has an odd look that replaces a single grille with a series of small portholes. The taillights use LEDs and the cabin looks a lot like a cockpit.

The $1.8 million Zenvo ST-1 Supercar

The Zenvo ST-1 supercar has finally gone on sale with a price tag of $1.8 million for each unit. Produced in a limited number of just 15 cars, these cars will be entirely created out of the company outlet in Denmark, which has currently released just 3 editions for the United States.
The distribution shall be undertaken by Emporio Motor Group, who reportedly is facing an aggressive pursuit of these 3 cars.
When Jasper Jensen and Troels Vollertsen created Zenvo Automotive in 2004, they had a single train of thought; to create exclusive handmade cars, which would stand out for the designing and exclusivity factor.
This is precisely what they have done with the ST-1, which will have only 15 models ever to be produced for buyers around world.
The United States are lucky to get the first lot of 3 editions. Making the car special, will be the 1100 HP engine, which can take the car just about 3 seconds to reach from 0-100 km/ph. With 7.0 liter V-8 design, it can take the vehicle up to 375 km/ph of electronically controlled top speed, which matches F1 standards pretty easily.
Other notable additions include the triple mode driving settings, head-up display, auto-dimming rear view mirror, hydraulic height control, carbon fiber-tinted glass, crafted leather interiors, and carbon wheels. The use of carbon fiber has ensured that the car is only 1378 kgs in weight, making the engine even more efficient at generating power to the highest of speeds.

Shelby SuperCars Tuatara

Shelby SuperCars Tuatara will best the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport as the fastest production car in the world, powered by a 6.8L V8 engine which pours out 1,350-hp – sending the supercar soaring from 0-60 mph in 2.8 seconds flat + rumored to reach a top speed of 275 mph.  has laid claim to some serious bragging rights – and is said to be set to take the title of the world’s fastest production car from the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport with the debut of the new 275 MPH Tuatara.
The new supercar’s intriguing name comes with an interesting back-story; the Tuatara takes inspiration from the Maori word for a lizard which is found in New Zealand. The Tuatara lizard is said to boast the fastest evolving DNA in the world, hence SSC’s decision to name their record-breaking speedster after it.
The SSC Tuatara supercar will boast a sleek body composed entirely of carbon fiber – thoroughly wrapped around a chassis made of the same innovative material. The car’s crash structures will be made of aluminum, while the wheels will also get the carbon fiber treatment.
