Harrod's to sale the biggest plasma screen in the world
Harrod's has recently launched its new technology department, showing off some of the world’s most exclusive and high-end gadget, including the Panasonic’s 152-inch TV, the biggest plasma screen in the world which was first shown in 2010 at the Consumer Electronics Show held in Las Vegas. Weighing 600kg, the TH-152UX1W Panasonic TV set uses 4K2K technology with four times as many pixels as a standard high-definition TV set. It plays the content in 4096 x 2160 resolutions and delivers a separate 3D image, that too in HD for each eye of the viewer, and Further, the 17:9 ratio of the TV set is same as used in cinemas.
Price Tag: $952,200.

Limited Edition kit for the X-Pro1 Fujifilm x Globe-Trotter
Fujifilm and Globe-Trotter are teaming up to release an incredibly luxurious, limited edition kit for the X-Pro1 that will be exclusive to Harrod's in London. The kit ($9,000) will include a complete X-Pro1 system with three lenses, all of which is encased inside a custom Globe-Trotter Vulcanised Fibreboard suitcase.

The Ralph & Russo 150,000 Swarovski crystals at Harrod's
A dress costing £230,000, embellished with more than 150,000 Swarovski crystals,goes on display at Harrods as part of its Crystal Christmas event.
The Ralph & Russo-designed dress will be the centrepiece of the department store’s Swarovski-sponsored window displays over the festive season.
The dress, inspired by the decadence of the Twenties, took more than 25 people working on it and is the result of hundreds of hours of man hours.

Loewe's La Colección exclusively at Harrod's
Loewe's La Colección consists of four amazing fragrances and will only be available exclusively at Harrods for six months. The four fragrances are created by Emilio Valeros who is Loewe’s in house perfumer.
The fragrances are available individually in a beautiful vanity case made in Loewe’s Suede Gold collection. The vanity case collection was launched in 1975 and soon became Loewe’s icon. Individual bottle retails at $400 and the vanity case is priced at $5,606, available only at Harrods.

Mars Mega Yacht by Harrods costs $165 million
Recently, the Qatar’s Royal family took over the luxury department store Harrods, and since then has come up with some astronomically huge offerings, including a range of superyachts and megayachts.
Qataris have made an agreement with opulence yacht group Watkins that offers a wide range of super expensive yacht for the uber rich patrons.The yachts range from the Turkey-made Ron Holland-designed Kestrel 106 costing $11 million to the 295-ft. Fincantieri project Mars by London based H2 Yacht Design that costs a cool $165 million. Several other models are also available, like the Bannenberg and Rowell designed, semi-displacement 213-ft. Heesen superyacht or the 246-ft. Mogambo that is due to be delivered in March 2012.
