The Imperia GP: Retro Hybrid Car

The Imperia GP was recently reintroduced at the Belgian Auto Show, revived as a hybrid—the marque which was once very much alive in the first part of the 20th century, is back with a bang.
Sporting a turbocharged 1.6L four-cylinder combustion engine, the Imperia GP is also conveniently outfitted with a 134-hp electric motor—which speeds from 0 to 100 km/h in a swift 6 seconds in electric mode—and in just 4 seconds while in hybrid mode.
Boasting a unique design with tons of retro flair, which brilliantly combines vintage sensibilities with an appealing modern aesthetic, the Imperia GP is resurrected in true 21st century style—carrying a 90,000-euro price tag, or approximately 120,000 euros for the first edition.
