The F125 Research Vehicle by Mercedes Benz


Celebrating 125 years of the automobile, Mercedes is debuting its vision for the future of the luxo-barge, the F125 Research Vehicle. At the core of the fully constructed system of a lightweight material mix of carbon fiber, aluminium, and high-strength steel. Couple that with new, lighter-weight lithium sulphur battery technology, which on its own is good for 31 miles of travel. Performance-wise the F125 is no slouch, the car can get up to 60 mph in 4.8 seconds and hit a top speed of 137. 



And of course, the car is a technological tour de force with touch and hand-gestured based navigation for the car's concept is the company's F-CELL Hydrogen/Electric Hybrid powerplant that boasts a total range of 621 miles. That range is a result of a careftrols, 3D screens, and an array of social media and entertainment features.
