The Ferrari Xezri Concept
The Ferrari Xezri Concept, designed by Samir Sadikhov for the Ferrari World that held a design contest last year and fielded designs from all over the world from hopeful artists who had an opportunity to have their car put into production. The second place entry for the Ferrari World Design Contest 2011 was Sadikhov from Azerbaijan who designed the Xezri Concept car.
“My Ferrari project was an idea of designing a model that a synthesis of its technological knowledge and its sporting experience, said Sadikhov. “This project must be the source of the highest level of technology characterizing a unique car, which is absolutely innovative and represents the quintessence of Ferrari past and present and looks to the Ferrari of the future.”

Art Street by El Seed
El Seed is a Tunisian street artist born in France. He creates large-scale pieces in Paris that showcase the art of Arabic calligraphy on his native city’s walls.
He speaks about his role as an Arabic artist who is trying to make it in a Western-dominated art world. The street artist is inspired by Arabic calligraphy and he uses his art to express his social condition, his feelings and his beliefs.
El Seed aims to make a social commentary about France’s political system with an emphasis on immigrant acceptance. He discusses what fed his desire to get back to his roots and how he ultimately learned about his history and culture. The artist’s work is always about a quest of identity and aims to promote Arab culture and Arab art. El Seed hopes to break down common Arab stereotypes and misconceptions portrayed by the media and society.
